How To Take Care of Your Jewelry

How To Take Care of Your Jewelry

WEARING YOUR JEWELLERY

-Remove your jewellery when you bathe, swim or intensely exercise to maintain its quality and shine.

-Keep your jewellery away from extreme temperatures, humidity or sunlight.

-Avoid spraying perfumes and applying creams or any other liquids directly onto your jewellery.

CLEANING YOUR PRECIOUS METALS

-To keep your jewellery looking radiant, we recommend using a jewellery polishing cloth to rub in one direction.
- Do not use tissue paper or paper towels to clean metal as they can cause scratching.

GEMSTONES

-Many natural gemstones can be quite delicate. Hot water, harsh chemicals and cleaners should be avoided at all times.
-Clean your gemstones with a clean, soft, damp cloth after wearing.

CORD BRACELETS

-Keep the thread of your corded friendship bracelet clean by occasionally washing it with a soft sponge and mild soap in lukewarm water.

PEARLS

-Use a dry or very damp soft cloth (soaked in water) to wipe your pearls to maintain their natural lustre.

HOW TO STORE YOUR JEWELLERY

-Store your jewellery in a soft pouch or suitably lined box .

-If you live in a humid environment, [lace a small packet of desiccant crystals where you store your jewellery.

PREVENT TARNISHING

-All our sterling silver product is protected with an anti‑tarnish solution to help prevent tarnish.
